Apple Tree Hotel

The location was amazing, less than 10 minutes walking distance to attractions (e.g. Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophie). Great access to tram and train routes connecting to city centre and shopping centres. Staff were helpful and passionate to guide. The room was clean. Breakfast options were reasonably diverse and good quality. The view of the restaurant was also good.

Initially, we were given an unfortunate room — there was an unpleasant smell inside, and the shower area was leaking water onto the floor. We stayed one night, but I couldn’t stay in that room any longer and asked if something could be done. The staff kindly offered us a different room, and we really appreciated that. The new room was excellent — more spacious, no strange odors, and the bathroom stayed dry. It was a bit noisy due to the tram passing right by, but that didn’t disturb our sleep as there’s no tram service at night. Towels were changed daily, and the bed was beautifully made each time — a small touch that made a big difference. Breakfast was amazing: varied, delicious, and filling. Having it on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view was a real highlight. The staff were incredibly polite and pleasant throughout our stay. Location is top-notch — just a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy with our stay!

The hotel is in the heart of Sultanahmet square, close to most of the tourist destinations. Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi castle is just ten minutes walk from the hotel while the Grand Bazaar takes around 20 minutes walk. The breakfast served has a good selections of breads, meat, vegetables and three types of eggs items. The hotel also has a separate ala carte restaurant for any guests who would like to dine in there. I find the hotel room clean and the house keeping service is also commendable, they replenish towels everyday while also tidying up my bed everyday. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, super close to all the attractions. We walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly. The terrace was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was great with a nice selection. The room was very cozy.

Despite a small glitch with the airport transfer, our stay at Apple Tree was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring main sights, and breakfast on the terrace with a sea view was a lovely bonus. We would like to especially thank Mahdum, Can and Faxredin for going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!
